This week's feature panini has a Vietnamese flair to it. "Release the Quacken" We pickled carrots, onions, and jalapenos with black peppercorns and star anise seeds. Added fresh mint and cucumbers before mixing in our braised brisket, duck pate, and peanut & fried shallot hoisin sauce. Mix it all up, wrap and grill to perfection. Think beef banh mi sandwich. Rich and refreshing!
